Seeds Planted

Alright it seems a lot of the blog has been seeds starting but down the road all of these seeds that I am starting are going to make for a great blog to see all of the trees and plants as they were at seed to what they developed into. So once again tonight i am starting the Canary Island Date Palm seeds that I collected from the red fruited tree. I am starting them in a snap-tite container with a 50% perlite and 50% peat moss mix. I have heard several people talk about this mixture so here goes my try with it. I am placing it in the seed box with all the others and going to date it to see how long they take to start. Also tonight I planted the Joey Palm seeds in the 14" tree pots. Here are a few of these shots.
