I collected these seeds in the very beginning of Jan. The first seeds were planted on the 1/10, and I did not get the first sprout until 3/26. But as of today I have 8 of these guys growing. So the first pic is them going in the dirt on 1/10, then on 3/26 the first sprout made it to the seedling rack. These are the second row in from the back side. The first spike has the marker in it and they run to the right of that. Then I have a pic from 3/30 and the last 2 are from 4/12. Here is a link to mature Everglade Palm Pictures.
Well being born in a paradise like I was here in South Florida I have always taken all of my tropical plants and palms around me for granted. Just recently realizing how lucky I am. I'm going to take full advantage of this tropical climate. This blog is going to show all of my trials and tribulations with growing different species of plants and trees. Feel free to check back regularly and watch my plants grow.
