Another Yard in Fort Pierce

Well being born in a paradise like I was here in South Florida I have always taken all of my tropical plants and palms around me for granted. Just recently realizing how lucky I am. I'm going to take full advantage of this tropical climate. This blog is going to show all of my trials and tribulations with growing different species of plants and trees. Feel free to check back regularly and watch my plants grow.

The Gardening Hot Spot!
About a month or so ago I "stumbled upon" 1 of my new favorite websites. This gardening blog directory/tool has hundreds of gardening blogs to search through. This networking site allows you to set up a plot, add friends, add favorite blogs to your plot, and message each other. Not to mention the countless other ways to search from different regions all across the world to the actual content of the blogs. It becomes very addicting to find out how other people across the planet garden and the kind of plants they grow. I highly recommend this place if you have any interest in gardening. But take caution you can lose track of time very easily. If you do sign up make sure you stop by my plot and say hi. Here is a Link to my plot for anyone who would like to preview what it looks like. Fort Pierce, FL, United States
Welcome to Another Yard in Fort Pierce. My name is Michael and Brandan and I also go by brandank or bestdank and sometimes plantapalm so you may see comments from any of these names. I was born here in Fort Pierce Fl. I love fishing, playing in my yard, and I believe I have caught that damn Palm Tree Bug. Living in South Florida I have found out that I am very lucky. I never realized that I could grow so many different plants and palm trees. So that is exactly what I am going to be doing. I have found lots of different palms species that I would like to grow. I am going to be sharing my trials and errors with you through this blog, and I will update often with pictures of everything. Please feel free to subscribe to this. I will try to post as often as possible and share with you all of my different plants and trees. Please share tips or comments at anytime for I am very new at this gardening thing! Thanks for stopping by.
